The Rev. Bill Rimkus has been a Deacon in the church for thirty-seven years, twenty-three of which have been in service here at Emmanuel. Deacon Bill is the father of five children and grandfather to six. He currently lives with Lilah, a 16-year-old Bichon/Llasha, and Naomi the turtle.
